These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UberLernen’s websites, lead generation funnels, application forms, and any related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, submitting your information, or booking a call, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

Uberlernen offers educational resources, live bootcamps, and consulting services. Access to our programs begins with a free call application process. Submission of your application does not guarantee enrollment in any paid program.

The bootcamp or related offers are presented only after you attend a consultation call and qualify based on your responses and suitability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to access or use this Service. By submitting any form, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and submitted voluntarily.

3. Free Call Application

By submitting your application and booking a free call:

  • You acknowledge that the call is free, but it is a qualification process, not a sales guarantee.

  • You agree to be contacted by our team via email or phone for scheduling, reminders, or follow-up.

  • You understand that we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or deny any application at our sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information during your application

  • Record, republish, or redistribute any call content or training materials without written permission

  • Abuse, harass, or misuse any part of the funnel or communication system

  • Disrupt or interfere with our websites, booking system, or other technology

Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification or blocked access.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • That you will be accepted into the bootcamp

  • That you will achieve specific results after the bootcamp

  • That any strategy or advice shared will apply identically to your situation

All testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences. Your outcomes may vary based on effort, background, and other external factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, application questions, training assets, and branding are the intellectual property of UberLernen. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Download, copy, or modify content without permission

  • Use our brand, logos, or name for your own purposes

  • Share pre-call materials with others

7. Payment Terms (If Enrolled)

If you enroll in a paid bootcamp:

  • A separate agreement or invoice will be issued

  • Payment terms, refund policy, and cancellation rights will be detailed at the time of purchase

  • Any payment issues or billing support must be addressed through official support channels

Note: Booking a free call does not enroll you or create a billing agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • UberLernen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for missed calls, internet issues, or incorrect data you submit

  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any)

9. Third-Party Tools

We use the following third-party platforms to manage our funnel:

  • Systeme.io (funnel hosting)

  • Calendly (calendar and intake forms)

  • ActiveCampaign (email marketing)

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) (ads and tracking)

  • Stripe (payment processing, if enrolled)

Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.”
